Justice Ian R. Winder attended the 51 st Meeting of the Council of Legal Education (CLE) recently held in New Kingston, Jamaica on 6-7 September 2019. The CLE, established by treaty arrangement between Caribbean states, has been in existence for over 40 years and trains legal practitioners in the Commonwealth Caribbean. The CLE is made up of the Chief Justices of member Governments, Attorneys General of member Governments, Leaders of the Bar Associations of member countries, the Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of the West Indies and the Principals of the Council’s three Law Schools
