The Bahamas Bar Association will host a Workshop on the new draft Rules of the Supreme Court on Monday, 11th November from 9:00a.m to 1:00p.m.
The workshop will take place at the Bar Association head office on Mackey Street.
Presentations will be given by members of the ad hoc Rules Committee highlighting changes and innovations in the new Rules.
Beginning January 2020, a three month training program will take place for all stakeholders in preparation for the implementation of the new Rules of the Supreme Court which will come into effect during the second quarter of 2020.
