The CAJO panel comprised of the Right Hon. Sir Charles Dennis Byron, the Hon.
Mr. Justice Adrian Saunders and the Hon. Mr. Justice Peter Jamadar will conduct
the session. They will be focusing in detail on Part 1 – the Overriding Objective –
and Parts 25, 26 & 27- Case Management.
All stakeholders are encouraged to attend the virtual seminar on 2 March, 2022
and read the material which was circulated in preparation for the session.
